DBSysgraph Awarded Contract for South Carolina Records Management System

BATON ROUGE, La. – DBSysgraph, Inc. (DBS) announced today that it has been awarded the contract for a Records Management System (RMS) that will be utilized by the Division of Fire and Life Safety under the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation.
“The South Carolina Office of the State Fire Marshal was seeking a comprehensive software solution to provide better customer service and a higher level of efficiency for our operations," said Jonathan Jones, South Carolina's State Fire Marshal. "The proposal by DBS promises to provide a Records Management System that meets all of our desired objectives. We look forward to working with DBS."
Under the contract, DBS will deliver a customized RMS from its Information Management System called i-Suite. The system allows users within the State Fire Marshal's Office to manage, track, and report agency activities with just a click of a button. The South Carolina State Fire Marshal's RMS will include i-Suite’s Inspections (i-Inspector) and Plan Review (i-Planner) modules.
i-Suite can be customized to document, report, and share information from multiple data sources. It also provides Users with a dashboard display that is secure; and can be used from any computer, smartphone, or tablet.
